By using this website or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

THE PRODUCT

Spinbox Vinyls sells decorative collectible magnet display sets. Products are made to order. Product photography is representative; minor variation in colour, finish and print is normal in a made-to-order product and is not considered a defect.

Each set includes the player, nine discs and a charging cable. Audio files are loaded by the customer and are not supplied with the product. This is described on the product page before purchase.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced, where fraud is suspected, or where an order appears to be for resale.

PRICING

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Promotional pricing applies only while displayed.

MADE TO ORDER

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of purchase by emailing spinboxvinylssupport@gmail.com. After 48 hours production has begun and the order is final. Please see our Refund Policy.

CHARGEBACKS

We ask that you contact us at spinboxvinylssupport@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be disputed with our payment provider using order records, proof of shipment and proof of delivery. Filing a fraudulent chargeback on goods received is treated as such.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content, including copy, images, layout and branding, is the property of Spinbox Vinyls and may not be reproduced without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spinbox Vinyls is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, your order, or your use of this site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in the State of Florida, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

YOU AND SPINBOX VINYLS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing spinboxvinylssupport@gmail.com within 30 days of your first order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
